Maybe you guys can help me understand this. Citizens support was no help.
Instead of sending me the pro-rate amount for the 14 Pro I had back onto my Apple Card, they credited my Citizens account for it. Which was $61.38. I'm assuming when it comes time to pay for this month, Its going to use that credit first?

That was what occurred when I was in the program.
