Well I bought the 3GS back in early December and I'm probably going to get the next iPhone later this month. The only way to avoid the new data plans is to upgrade normally (which I can't yet) or renew. Am I allowed to renew my contract and get a semi-break? I know I won't get the phone for the new customer price but will I still get a semi-break?

If not, does anyone have any advice as to the best way to attain the next iPhone without spending TOO much money?

Thanks in advance:)

You will more than likely be elgible for the early upgrade pricing which is about $200 more than the full subsidized price. Good luck.

That's what I was thinking! Thanks so much for the speedy reply:) When I sell my 3GS I'll make a lot of the money back and I'll get to keep my unlimited data, so I'm happy:)
