But can you please suggest me a model?

I saw this: LINK, but i live on Spain and send this from USA....

And looking for internet, there are several Samsung SSD, but i don’t which is the correct

Can you help me?

Regards

Just curious here - you have an i7 processor and 16g of memory (max) 👍 - plus an apple original SSD? - should be fairly fast? - is it possible the SSD is full ? how much storage do you have ? what percentage of the capacity remains?

or perhaps slow for other reasons like iCloud syncing files? is it slow when you turn off the wireless connection?

Have you tried activity monitor to check on what is using the CPU?

I know this is late but for the Early 2013 MBP 15 inch you can get a Syntech adapter and an M.2 SATA storage drive.

I like Samsung drives as Audit13 knows... this is the one I put in my Early 2013 MBPr 15.

Drive performance is much faster than the one you posted in your original post. There are options. I would stay away from OWC as they are over priced for what you get in my opinion. They will work on your laptop but there are other options.
