Nope, pretty sure that's a PATA drive, I looked it up on Seagate's website and it says "Interface - UltraATA/100." You need a drive with the following specs: 2.5" diameter 9.5mm thickness SATA interface.

Click to expand... Exactly. If you're looking for a speedy 160GB drive, then there is only one model to look at- The Hitachi Travelstar 5K160.

I'd wait for the 5400.3 models to come out in SATA though, that's when you'll get the higher capacity drives (160GB+).
