upgrade to lion with separate system disk?

i have my home folder on a separate drive from my system folder and applications. any special instructions for upgrading to lion or will it be obvious?

Just did it this morning on my Mac Pro. I have a 90GB SSD for main boot drive but my home folder is on a 1TB WD Black drive. After installing Lion onto the SSD I just went into system preferences -> accounts and then right click on your account for advanced settings. You can then point the home folder over to the folder on the other drive. Seems to have worked fine.
