Upgrade to PB1, missing App Store (on iPhone 4s)

Hi everyone! I upgraded to iOS 9 PB1 earlier, and I discovered that the App Store app has completely disappeared from my iPhone 4s. A restart did not make it appear again. Please help ASAP. Thanks.

Yeah. I even still have the iTunes Store, as well as the settings for the App Store under "iTunes & App Store" along with the App Store restrictions.. Just no actual App Store app.

Quite ironically, though, I still have every app on my phone, even third-party ones.

Hmm, you could try Erase All Content and Settings as a last resort but beware that this will set your phone as new and wipe out your data. Don't do this without a full backup of your data.

Have you tried starting Siri and say "Open App Store"?

There were too many bugs for me to keep iOS 9 on my iPhone, so would you mind taking over getting this taken care of, please?
