Currently have an iPhone 6+ and iPad Mini 2 with LTE, both on Tmobile, both running iOS 9.1 Public Beta 1.

Trying to turn on full continuity, so that the iPad can make or receive calls, texts, etc even when the iPhone isn't present or is turned off. I've turned everything on necessary on the phone, and see the iPad listed and enabled on the iPhone, when I go to Settings->Phone->Calls on Other Devices->Allow Calls on Other Devices= ON and Allow Calls on->iPad Mini=ON. When I go into the iPad, I go to Settings->Facetime->Calls From iPhone shows "When Nearby". When I go into the Calls From iPhone setting, Calls From iPhone=ON, and I click on the Upgrade to Wi-Fi Calling link shown below. When I do, I get a popup box with details on Wi-Fi calling regulations, and it asks me to cancel or enable. When I select ENABLE, I get a popup on my phone asking me for the PIN displayed on the iPad, yet the iPad never shows a message with a pin. Is anyone else getting this? I swear this was working previously in iOS 9.0 Public Beta, but I can't seem to get it to work in iOS 9.1 Public Beta. Is anyone else experiencing this? Has anyone else running iOS 9.1 on both their devices managed to get this to work?

I saw a similar post on another thread on Reddit where someone else was running into this as well.

I'm starting to think this is a 9.1 bug, as it seems to be most people had this working fine in 9.0 betas or in the 9.0 release, but not in 9.1.

Can anyone else confirm this before I log this as a 9.1 bug? Can we get confirmation from anyone with 9.0 that it's working, and anyone else with 9.1 confirm it's not?

Is anyone else on iOS 9.0 having this issue, or is it only on 9.1?

Retested this with iOS 9.1 Beta 2, and still the same result. Has anyone with an iPad on Tmobile running 9.1 been able to get this to work?
