Upgraded Early 2009 Macmini Ram.. Case Issues

I upgraded my Macmini early 2009 with 8GB ram. Everything works well... except that when I slide the case back on, the unit will not power up.

Currently I have the case a few cm's open and it works, if i push it down and it snaps closed, the power just shuts off.

Is there a power sensor or something that it's not hitting, or is hitting?

there is a small plug you must be tugging or pinching it. I will look for a photo
