2006 1.1 Mac Pro. I upgraded to 2.1 using the firmware tool and rebooted as directed by the software. I now have only 1x 2.66 cpu showing. I then downgrade to 1.1 and both cpus show up. Not sure what the problem is.

2 x2.66 dual core xeon 5150

Currently running Lion with all of the updates.

Geekbench shows a degrade in performance after I went to 2.1

Any help appreciated.

this is normal,

upgrade to the 2,1 Firmware then do a PRAM Reset and your second CPU will show up again :)
