Upgraded Mid 2011 iMac memory to 32gig. Won't open Pro Tools

I just recently upgraded the memory in my mid 2011 iMac with an i5 processor to 32gig. I'm running High Sierra 10.13.6. After the upgraded I downloaded Focusrite Control and Pro Tools 2020.12. Neither one of these programs will open. I moved the Pro Tools folder out of the documents folder and still it will not open. Please help.

Pro Tools says it requires 10.14 or higher. Check the system requirements.

The 2020.12 version has macOS 10.13.6 as the minimum.
