Upgraded to 15 pro max no sound on apps while on silent

I have upgraded from 13 pro max to 15 pro max always have on silent but when looking at apps especially Instagram I have to turn silent mode off even though has same software update on 13. Anyone know if this is just to the 15 or a flaw in the phone?

Instagram is a bit finicky about when it chooses to respect silent mode. You should be able to press the volume buttons when a video is playing to unmute temporarily without turning off silent.

I did this with the 13 pro max but doesn’t work on. 15 pro max, very strange
