Upgraded to 50GB iCloud - Elements Organizer mystery?

It has been years since I used a Mac with any Adobe products on it, and I don't remember ever doing anything with Organizer.

Is this a remnant of my years ago Adobe use, and can I delete it without repercussions to how iCloud operates?
