Upgraded to Safari 12 now no Ghostery or Ublock

Upgraded to Safari 12 which has disabled Ghostery and Ublock.

Anyone recommend some alternatives and where do I get them from now?

Ublock works fine for me on Safari 12. It just gives you a warning that it may slow down your web browser if you enable it.
