Upgraded to Sierra, internal speaker missing.

I just upgraded to Sierra (yea I know I'm slow but software compatibility is key) and now my internal speaker is no longer showing up in the options. I can hear the start chimes and I have done a SMC and NVRAM restart.
How can I get the internal sound back?

Change from Optical or Line-out output to Internal Speakers?

SystemPreferences>Sound>Output

I just noticed that.
It says I have headphones plugged in when I don't and the port itself isn't damaged as I use it all the time and do not see any dust or junk inside of it.
