upgrades to macbook air 13" mid-2013 (6,2) ?

hello...im getting sick of my computer telling me that my disk is almost full and full...then my computer starts acting weird and i gotta look for stuff to delete (i have a 128gb).

is there any way that i can max out my storage to like 1TB or something without hauling around an external drive also?

i think i still have a year of apple care left...will this affect that? is there any way to upgrade RAM also?
