So after a decade my 3,1 is still going strong. I am however starting to run into some software issues still running 10.11.6. I'd like to avoid High Sierra and the AFPS change over. I have read through the upgrade thread and plan to use the dosdude patcher.

I have a flashed 680. Will this work ok for the upgrade process? Any reason not to upgrade?

Is there a direct download link for 10.12.6?

Thanks!

I'm not familiar with the dosdude patcher, but the 680 should work for that upgrade process. It has boot screens and native drivers, and was literally a supported card so I don't forsee any problem.

I can't answer your other questions.
