Hello Guys!
I have an iPhone 4, 4.3.5 and 6.1.3 blobs, and i wish to have <6.0;6.1.2> that can be jailbroken with evasi0n tool.

My simply question is; Can i upgrade from my 4.3.5 currently to 6.1.2 without blobs set to this firmware?

@update@
or to down/upgrade to any other firmware. I don't care if my iphone is 6.1.2, 5.1.1, 4.3.5, or even 4.3. All i need is UNTETHERED jailbreak on my device.

You can only upgrade to a firmware that you have shsh blobs for. If you don't have the shsh, there's no way to upgrade to a firmware that is no longer signed

There's always going to 6.1.3 tethered since you have an iPhone 4, just use the latest redsn0w and a 6.0 ispw.
But there will likely never be an untethered for 6.1.3.

as someone mentioned, you are on an iPhone 4, you can update to the 6.1.3 firmware and tether jailbreak.

It lets you do almost everything that an untethered jailbreak does, it only stops working when you turn off the device or do a reboot.

He/she doesn't want a tethered jailbreak. I think he/she has a tethered jailbreak right now

you're kind of screwed man, should have updated when had the chance :/

I wouldn't recommend tethered jailbreaks for cellphones, they might be alright for iPods but not for important things as phones

i'm not sure if semi-tether still works for iOS 5 and 6 but if it does, it doesn't seem all that bad. and only reboots require a "just boot" program like redsn0w, resprings don't need any "just boot" program
