Upgrading from beta to full release?

currently on iOS 9.1 beta 5, can I just upgrade to the full when it comes out or do I have to downgrade to 9.0.2 first? I also deleted the beta profile if that helps. Thanks in advance!

You'll get the update to iOS 9.1 as soon as its released

If I downloaded the public beta profile will I stay on the public beta stream which presumably is slightly more conservative then developer in terms of early 9.2 builds for example
