Other Upgrading from iPhone 6. Help me choose?

Torn between an iPhone 8 Plus, a (hopefully discounted) iPhone X and an iPhone XR. Don't care about having the latest model, I just want a bigger screen, more battery life and don't want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for an already overpriced phone. If I could I'd buy a refurbished 8 Plus / X right now but it's not possible.

What would you do?

Its really up to you. I have a 6 as well and its still going strong. I'm probably just gonna get the battery replaced and see how it handles IOS12.

If i did upgrade I'd only get a iPhone 7 because I buy my phone outright and its the cheapest one.

Better off with the 7s or what Apple calls it, The 8 Plus. XR doesn't even do HDR photos. The 6s models do.

XR has Smart HDR which even iPhone X doesn't have.
