Also, will apple install it without voiding my warranty? If So, anyone know what it would cost? Thanks for any info.

I am going to upgrade the HDD, OS and Logic (Studio) in one swoop. I am trying to convince myself that I do not need to get a second HDD in the optical drive slot...

I thought that didn't work on the MacBook and MacBook Pro since the area to put the drive is only 9.5mm (ok, maybe 10) tall and that is the same height as the hard drive itself.
