Upgrading iPhone 4 from 4.2 to 5.1.1 ???? Questions!

Cannot seem to upgrade a iPhone 4 from iOS 4.2 to iOS 5.1.1. I do not want iOS 6 on this phone. Every time I try to restore - (SHIFT + Restore) it wont let me load the package that I downloaded from
http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/

Says : iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (3194).

Any help?

Unfortunately, you can't update to iOS 5 anymore since Apple is no longer signing them. You'd have to update to iOS 6.
