Right first off I'm from the uk if that makes any difference.
Is there anyway I can upgrade my phone before my year is up? (I'm on o2 btw)
I know alot of peoples phones will 'accidently' have an accident, but that isn't guarentee to work.

If your carrier has insurance against accidents, they will give you a refurb of what you have. It doesn't change your eligibility.

You sure? I know people, and may have done myself, who have upgraded this way.

Also with this 6 month early upgrade I am able to upgrade in august. Has an official date been set yet? Ik not sure of the date I'm seeing is just speculation or not.

Edit:Ok so iPhone 4 is being released this month?!? I have to wait like 2 whole months to upgrade? ;_;
