Hey there peeps!

I have an iPhone 6 running ios 8.4 and I was hoping it was possible to upgrade my iPhone to the latest jailbreak which i believe its ios 9.0.2 (or there abouts).

Im tired of receiving "You must have ios9 installed to download this app" and really id like a fresh install as I get random ads playing in my iPhone and most things seem broken.

Also, is there a way to keep my cydia tweaks?

Is all this possible? Is there some sort of tutorial?

Id appreciate any help provided.

Thanks in advance.

You have two options: you can stay on 8.4 or update to iOS 10.1 or newer. There are no other possibilities. Apple does not sign any other versions.

So, really nothing can be done..? I have to stick it out with my current jailbreak till a new jailbreak is released?

Yes, as I said, you have no options aside from updating to 10.1 or 10.1.1.

Apple released iOS 9.0.2 on October 30, 2015. You're a bit late.

The last jailbreak was for 9.3.3 and below. Semi-untethered. Apple stopped signing 9.3.3 a few months back.

So, the options presented to you are the only ones. Either stay where you are and wait for the iOS 10 jailbreak or go stock iOS 10.

This question rabks among the top 5 JB-related often asked questions.

If you wanted to upgrade and still be jail-broken, you have to do it when Apple is still signing the vulnerable iOS version. Not ask, months later when all hope is gone.

You're in the same shoes as me and every Apple user, jail-broken or not.

Keep informed and wait.
