upgrading ram and hard drive

which memory and hard drives does every reccomend for a mac book pro with 2.4 ghz processor? i'm looking to probably get 4 gigs of ram and 200 gig hard drive at 7200 rpm

Although I have not yet ordered from them, a lot of members recommend Crucial for RAM upgrades. As far as hard drive upgrades, I imagine any standard laptop drive would do, but that's also something I haven't gotten into yet.

I get most of my stuff from MacSales.com but primarily because they're really close to me so with cheap shipping I get next day by default. Pretty good prices too.
