Hi,

The best RAM is the Kingston HyperX Plug'n'Play, followed by the Corsair Vengeance. Of the regular stock-grade RAM, it's going to be Crucial for Mac.
A quick glance at the Apple website would tell you thatYes, you can put 16gb in. Im not suggesting you buy it from Apple however, as their ram prices are steep. But ANY of the popular ram venders will sell you perfectly good/compatible ram for a mini. Macs don't use special Apple specific ram.
I'm using Patriot DDR3 16GB 1600MHz (2x8GB modules), PSD316G1600SK.
Working great and reasonably priced (currently $109 at Fry's)
There's no need to treat someone like that (with the). Why do it?
