I had two tweak updates today auxo 3 and bytafont 3 so I installed them and resprung as usual. Only this time I think it rebooted? Anyway the Apple logo screen lit up and it just stayed on that forever.

I had to reboot by holding down the home and power button. Now when I attempt to rejailbreak it just stays on the apple logo screen and doesn't do anything and I have to force a reboot.

I jailbroke through safari what is going on!? Please don't tell me I have to restore! Somebody help! :(

Relax.

Either of the two (or both) have caused a bootloop.

Reboot the phone and rejailbreak. IMMEDIATELY after rejailbreaking hold down the volume up button (and keep holding it down) until you get to the lockscreen. You are now in No Mobile Substrate Mode (Safe Mode) where all tweaks are disabled.

Open Cydia and uninstall either or both of the tweaks, then respring.

This is a common occurence when tweaks have bugs. The above that I just wrote is the way to work out of it.

Man you are a lifesaver! I did that and uninstalled bytafont 3 and it worked! Thanks a lot I was so worried I had to restore.

Yes, what he said above.
Everything with jb is trial and error and many times you have to do your own troubleshooting.
Get familiar with entering safe mode, don't panic and hit erase all or restore and start slowly by isolating and testing each hack in order to see how it effects your phone.

I started jailbreaking around iOS 7 and never had this happened so I definitely was freaking out. Now I know what to do though. I'm glad I came on here first instead of doing something drastic.

It's bytafont, an update was released a short while after the "botched" update to fix it.

It gave me quite a scare.

The only difference between the instructions I gave you and past jailbreaks is that this current jailbreak is semi-untethered. So, volume up only works for the current jailbreak after running the rejailbreak app. It has no effect otherwise.

But on PAST jailbreaks, such as 9.1 and below the proper way to do this is to hold down volume up while the phone is booting.

Same concept, different point of execution.
