upload songs onto PC with iPod, please help.

hey there, i know it was discussed a couple weeks ago but i cant seem to find the post. what program would i use to upload songs from my iPod up to my PC? TIA

they're on the iPod, i think there are some apps for PC to do that, but i dunno...sorry...only dealt with pc to mac/mac to mac iPod stuff only.
