Uploader for Instagram

I would like to upload some photos to Instagram from my iMac. I have heard of a program/app called Uploader for Instagram. The website seems to suggest it is a simple and easy job using the app. However, I cannot seem to find it in the app store.
Does anyone know how you can get it or if there is some other way to do this if the app is not around?

Uplet "plays by the rules" but at $20, you really have to NEED an app like this.
