Hi all.

I am currently on holiday in Spain and I have taken lots of photos.

What is the best way for me to upload them directly to iCloud without having Apple compromise the quality of image/video? I was thinking transferring the files raw to my iMac and then uploading.

For whatever reason, I assume uploading them directly from iPhone to iCloud, Apple would compromise quality of the upload.

Is this correct?

Thanks!

No. By default, it will upload the original format and quality to iCloud. If you have the 'optimise Phone Storage' setting enabled it may replace the image on your phone with a lower-quality version simply to save space on the phone but the version on iCloud will still be the original and you can download it back to your phone if desired.
