Uploading Pictures (Google)

Is there an app, app in development, or a website that would allow me to upload my pictures to my Google's Picasa Web Albums?

I know iFlickr and Pushr send photos to Yahoo's Flickr, but I can't use Yahoo for personal reasons I would really like to upload pictures to my Picasa web album. Thanks!
