UPS Doesn't Ship Saturdays?

I've been told the UPS doesn't ship on Saturdays. Either that's not true, they're making an exception (which would be cool) or shipping preorders will be delayed until Monday. Anyone care to set me straight?

I don't recall where, but just this weekend read that UPS will deliver the iPad on Sat to places where they normally do not as Apple has the iPad setup as a "special shipment". Apple pays them to do what they want, if you pre ordered an iPad, you will receive it on April 3rd.

My guess is Apple has made the proper arrangements so that everyone that pre ordered will get their iPad on launch day. My bet is everyone gets them on time.
 
You can call ups at 800-pickups and ask them if they deliver Saturday to
your area.
 
If you have gotten your tracking number you could check on UPS. It should say somewhere on the page.
 
It does not say on mine. Does not even say when it will be delivered. But I called ups and they do deliver on sat in my area.
 
Unless your paying them good money they aren't shipping anything on Saturday. More then likely it will sit at the warehouse all weekend.

Okay . . . they deliver on Saturdays :cool:
