UPS issue

Is anyone having issues with UPS showing up in Sonoma. It’s showing up under Monterey and shows up connected to my Synology, but nothing under Sonoma. It’s APC that I’m having issues with. Thanks.

Have you changed the security settings at all on boot. This is on a Mac Studio if it has any relevance. Maybe they have discontinued support for it.

I’m using Cyberpower with a Mac Mini m2 pro and have no issues. I used to have APC but it got too old and kept going to battery mode even though the battery was done. The Cyberpower works flawlessly. During a recent storm power went off and it switched to battery so quick I didn’t realize it happened. No more APC for me. Cyberpower also has Mac friendly software.

^^^^Do you release that the batteries in UPSs are replaceable? In a Mac you really do not need extra software, the OS recognizes the UPS and allows control over it, as shown in Post #2.
