So, my case was due to arrive and I filled out the pre-sign waiver and thumbtacked it to the door (figured tape might blow off). I see from the tracking that they found no one home and didn't leave it. My wife tells me the notice is still visible on the door, so it didn't blow away. No one will ever be home when they come. Now I'll have to wait till they try it again, then call them and tell them to hold it, then drive to their location and wait forever for them to find it. Do they need to make it so inconvenient?

Ours came Fed Ex Ground and the first time the release came up - it DID print a UPS one.

I got here as they got here today, and she didn't even SEE it stuck to the door. She was getting ready to leave... I was then able to tell her i had one coming on Tuesday and would have it stuck to the door also.

Hopefully it is the same person.

Well at least its better than USPS. If they try to deliver a package, and your not home, they leave a paper for you to pick it up at the post office. They only try to deliver your package once. Then you have to take off work early to go to the post office, then wait in line forever. God forbid you don't make it to the post office by 4:28pm because they close at 4:29pm. I forgot to mention that USPS only opens at 8:30am. I mean who doesn't have work between these hours? I will never send a package USPS again. At least UPS stays open till 9:00pm.
