I like urban dictionary for what it is and on this occasion I think it's done well again. The ipad is just a piece of inanimate tech. To not be able to take people poking fun at it on a humourous/non-serious site (no matter how juvenile) shows something seriously lacking !

You don't like the definitions go and write your own instead of whining.

And the site by no means takes itself seriously. The top two definitions for "urban dictionary" are;

A place formerly used to find out about slang, and now a place that teens with no life use as a burn book to whine about celebrities, their friends, etc., let out their sexual frustrations, show off their racist/sexist/homophobic/anti-(insert religion here) opinions, troll, and babble about things they know nothing about.

A piece of technology from Apple Inc. that's less functional than a laptop and less portable than an iPhone. Lacking any features that aren't already done better by other devices such as the Amazon Kindle, the iPad is considered the best way to waste $499 in 2010!

The first definition makes me really confused... What part of Amazon Kindle is better than an iPad??? Sure, Kindle 2 is cheaper and makes more sense for just pure reading reading but whoever purchased Kindle DX over iPad is pretty nuts. For the same price, you can do a lot more... including Kindle App itself!!!
