I have uninstalled homescreendesigner, rebooted, resprung, deleted and reinstalled Google Play Music and it's still not on my springboard.

What do I do!

you can try the following. just note that it'll reset your home screen so you will have to reorganize all your apps

settings -> general -> reset -> reset home screen layout
