Good afternoon,sorry to ask for stuff on my first post;but I am at my wit's end.All I see are fake and misleading articles and videos looking to get views.I am trying to remove Icloud from an Iphone 5 on IOS 9.3.1. It is activated and works not locked.I heard something about udid that can remove it from the phone not the server,but it can restore phone to 100% functionality.I see a guide on the Ebay that teaches people how to do it for $5,but in my experience,these cheap Ebay tutorials can be had for free.Does anyone know how to do it?

No idea. I've ever heard of anything like that.
I know that the old verion of iCloud photos was simply storage in the cloud. You didn't have access to it and your device could either enable it or disable it. Later versions (somewhere around iOS 8 I think, but could be 7) updated things to a service you could access via web browser. There was an initial problem with that though that had the effect of wiping out photos on your device if I remember correctly. At the time the suggestion was not to update from the old version of iCloud photos to the new.
All my devices are still on the old version because I never updated. But I never use this feature anyway so that's why.
But it's an Apple feature so if you're looking to remove the option and toggle from the Settings app in the hope it does something beneficial for you I doubt you can do that, possibly not even if jailbroken which obviously you are not.

This guy has an iphone with someones icloud account and wants to find out how to remove it or restore it.
Typical lost/stolen device threads we get all the time.
Simple answer is you cannot remove someone else's icloud account.
As soon as you restore it you will need the owners apple ID and password. No way around it.
Don't waste any more time viewing videos on how to bypass it. Return the lost of stolen device to the police.
