iPhone URGENT HELP!!!

I have a jailbroken Iphone 5s and I have a problem. I turned my phone on and I can unlock it and It will go to the homescreen and nothing will come up. No apps will come up just the bar at the top showing my provider, time and battery and my homescreen wallpaper.

Also, when i swipe up the control thing showing the brightness and oriental lock etc. The bar will only show the torch.

Please help me!!!

Did this happen after a new tweak was installed? If so you need to get it off of there.

Either way, get it turned off and see if it will boot in "safe mode"...restart it and push (and hold) the volume UP button when you see the Apple logo.

If you can't shut down normally press and hold the power and home buttons simultaneously.

You may end up doing a complete restore.
