Ok, so i am currently jailbreaking my iphone, but i am really worried. I had my custom boot logo on my iphone and the window on my computer said it was jailbreaking it. Then all of a sudden the screen sorta flashes and switches to the connect to itunes screen, but the window still says it is jailbreaking so i am afraid to disconnect it. Is this normal?

if the program says it is still jailbreaking then DO NOT TOUCH IT. (unless of course its taking an amazingly long time)

i cant remember exactly but i do think every touch (i dont have an iphone) ive jailbroken has restarted during the process, i think its supposed to (something about flashing something or other? its been a while since ive read over the actual explanations)

Wait for the jailbreak to finish.

Doesn't sound to urgent, but it seems fine.
Just let it do it's thing.

If all else fails, just do a hard restore.

I don't understand why people jail break these things.

They are PERFECT out of the box.

wrong forum.

I will tell you that the phone sits idle for quite a while as the process completes. Go out for a walk and come back. All should be ok if you did it correctly. If not, no biggie, just do it again.

There is nothing urgent about it. You did not and will not break the phone.

Thank you for your info i thought it was urgent but i guess not, but what about the fact that it says connect to itunes is that normal

thats just part of the DFU mode, again, just follow what the program tells you to do and ignore the actual device (unless it bursts into flame;))

jailbreaking is just wonderful =)

nothin quite like full customization.

yup one final question though when i started jailbreaking my iphone was not activated does quickpwn fix this?
