Hello,

I am unable to send any e-mails through the mail.app on my Macbook and Mac Mini, nor can I send e-mails through my iPhone. I use MobileMe. I was able to send e-mails up until Sunday night. Last night, I tried to send some and today and I get an error message with the smtp.mac.com server.

After researching, some suggest its the ISP, mine being Bell Sympatico - however, it was work and secondly, it gives the same error on my iPhone, even when I am on wifi, 3G or EDGE - this rules out my ISP.

Anyone have any suggestions? I know MobileMe had an update today, that could be it - but I cannot find any recent reports of this.

It is very important I get this resolved ASAP, as I have business e-mails being forwarded to my MobileMe account for the holidays, as I am at my parents for 2 weeks and they live in the MIDDLE of no where, blah! No highspeed access and my business e-mail can only work via Blackberry, as that is what the company wants and my BB died (it is ancient).

Thanks in advance for any advice/tips.

MobileMe has just been upgraded and its probably the fallout from that. Keep trying and I'm sure it will eventually work.
