Anyone with a US iPad in the UK

Do you just need a US to UK adapter?

Must chargers are multi voltage these days so I would guess the iPad is?

I have just stuck the uk plug that came with my MacBook air on the us adaptor and it's working fine. Hope that helps.

ah good idea :D

Dunno if my macbook pro one comes off

Def got some old iPod chargers kick around though and the plug comes off those :)

Thanks for the help

My iPhone charger has one of those plugs that snaps off the little main unit, so if I just snap the British plug onto the charger that comes with my US iPad, it'll work okay? (sorry for asking something that might have been answered - I'm not a techie!)

Your MBP should have come with both a plug on its own and a plug with a two meter cable. You just slide it off sideways off the charger block.

Getting mine, flights permitting on sunday.

I don't have any previous Apple products with a detachable plug.
Am i able to use a standard converter?
