Im going to Florida in 2 weeks and was wondering wether or not to buy a ipod classic out there.

Brand new in the Uk, they are £179, and $249 which is about £143 in the US.

I know to some people on here a saving of £35 isnt much but to me its quite a lot.

Does anyone know of any combatiblity issues of buying overseas and using them in this country?

I dont think power will be as it's USB charged and thats a standered voltage.

Cool thanks.

I didnt think their would be but just thought id see.

Im going to get it now. Seeing that im going out their anyways i think ill save myself some money.

I've got a US iPod classic.

The only difference you will notice is the volume level goes higher than the ones sold in Europe.

They've got a worldwide warranty, so Apple in the UK will replace it if anything goes wrong in the first 12 months.
