Hi - I was recently on holiday in Orlando and whilst there I purchased some US iTunes vouchers.

I got Alice in Wonderland through the US iTunes store and my daughter watched it on the plane journey back.

Since returning I have backed up my iPad on my UK MacBook and now when I try to play Alice it says 'This movie could not be played'.

Any ideas please?

Dan

How about logging into an American account (you can set one up by signing out altogether, going to the American store, trying to download something free, making a new account and when you get to the credit card bit, tick the no card option)? Though this is just a wild guess.

I take it you have a US iTunes account you used the vouchers with?

If so you need to authorize that account on the iPad (in settings) in order to watch movies or listen to music purchased from the US account. The DRM is tied to the account. Someone that has two accounts could probably explain the process better.
