It seems like the root of my problem is the message on the UPS site saying that they're limiting visible tracking information for security. What I don't get is how everyone else has managed to bypass that restriction. Did you guys pay for some sort of business account with UPS or something?

You need to signup for UPS MyChoice (you don't need to pay for a membership). Then you should see it appear under your account. I assume your shipping address is your home and not work?
