usa today app wont work with 3.0 beta 3

any one having issue with usa today app using 3.0 beta 3. just checking

Confirmed, that is, it does not work. Nor do (I am sure there are many others)

Your statement implies that when the final version 3.0 is released, these apps WILL work. That is not correct!

From working with a couple of developers, the app itself needs to be changed to make it work with 3.0.

I work for Mercury Intermedia, the company who built the USA TODAY app. We are aware of the crashing issue with iPhone OS 3.0 beta 3. We have already resolved the issue and will be including the fix with an update we are pushing out soon.
