why can’t we pick a different size of the widget by going into wiggle mode? Like why do we have to remove and add it again? Beta issue?

am I missing something or why can’t we just add a different widget to stack by clicking the „+“ button? Why does it only show widgets that are already in the stack and not ALL widgets? Why do we have to add a widget first and THEN drag it to the stack. Honestly I bet you 10 bucks that 60% of all users will not even figure out this is a thing.

The wiggle mode resizing is supposedly coming (it was in their preview video and has a "known issues" section telling you to re-add in the meantime).

Where did you see that? They definitely didn't show widget resizing on WWDC because I just re-watched it. But i'd love to have hope that it was somewhere.

It's listed in every beta release note so far as a bug. I assume resizing will come in the future, although how that'll work with stacks I don't know.

I said in the preview video that revealed it, the sizzle thing not the actual demos. You had a widget plop into different sizes.

They list it as a known issue so it‘ll probably happen one day.

I’d suspect stacks would be either change all the widgets in the stack to the new sized version, or be exempt from resizing & it only applies to non stack widgets.
