Anybody know of a way I can figure out what's stuck in the background? I've tried respringing and rebooting.

You could install icleaner pro. Disable half of the tweaks. Leave phone idle for a 2-5 min and check if the usage/standby times differ

If they differ, then rinse and repeat the steps with the disabled tweaks until the problem pops back up

If they don't, rinse and repeat with the already enabled tweaks

Thank you. I'll give it a shot. Installing iCleaner required a respring so I'll have to wait until I can fully charge before the troubleshooting begins. : /

Make sure you install icleaner pro, and not just icleaner. I think you need to add their repo for the pro version (which includes enabling/disabling tweaks, which I find a better alternative to uninstalling/reinstalling tweaks)

Okay. I'll have to get rid of that one then. Thanks for the heads up!

Turned out to be the Quick Unlock feature on Virtual Home, in case anybody is using or plans on using this.
