hi guys and gals i have a small prblem i think, when i open Cydia it resets my usage stats to will be shown after iphone is fully charged, is this supposed to happen or not.

That happens when you respring the springboard. So if you install something from Cydia that needs to restart the springboard or if you do a hard reset of the phone your usage stats won't be tracked until you charge the phone.
