MP 1,1-5,1 USB 3.0 for MP 4.1

I hope someone can help me out. Because I simply do not seem to find the answer

I want to upgrade my MP 4.1 (4.1 to 5.1 conversion) with USB 3.0. But which PCI car can I use to upgrade to? There are 2 many options of which I am always not quite sure if it will fit my 4.1. Thanks!

I just got a usb3 card from OWC and it seems to be running with no issues.
