USB accessories disabled on connecting external monitor

Hey everyone
I am using 14-inch mac book pro. I am using the external monitor using thunderbolt. Recently I started to get USB Accessories Disabled as shown in screenshot.I am connecting only the mouse and keyboard to the monitor via USB A on the monitor. I am having the exact setup with m1 air but not getting any error but on the m1 14 inch the mouse and keyboard frequently disconnects/lags

I tried to following solutions
1. Reseting the mac(Install clean OS)
2. Try to connect to other ports

I am sure the cable is not the issue because it's working with my m1 air. I tried to look up on the solution on online but couldn't find any working solutions , any suggestions/solutions will be highly appreciated

Get a POWERED USBc hub (that also has USBa ports).

Plug it into a USBc port on the MacBook Pro (NOT into the display).
Then, plug your keyboard and mouse into the hub.

Powered usb c Hub Something like this . My Question would be my mac is already getting charged from the display , will it be a problem if we connect multiple power source

This issue is also affecting my setup since upgrading to Ventura. Using a Macbook Pro M1 with a Dell external monitor with built in USB hub. Laptop charges fine and displays fine on the monitor but I get the "USB Accessories Disabled" error randomly, even with no USB devices attached to the monitor. Issue was first noticed as I use a Focusrite external soundcard, attched through the monitor, which was diconnecting and reconnecting randomly before eventually it would be disabled and the error shows, but error now appears even without the soundcard attached.

Could this be a bug with Mac OS?

Hey Hendrica, did you find a solution to this problem ? I have a samsung monitor that I plug as usb-c. I get this USB error message randomly since I bought a Mac Pro M1. I never got the problem with my old Macbook pro 2017 and the same monitor. I feel it's because of the USB plugs on the monitor, maybe it acts as a hub and this is too much for the mac ... any help would be great
