I tried to install windows using BootCamp, and it formatted my usb and loaded windows files and gave me an error that not enough space available, so I changed my mind and wanted to use my pen drive for other works, but bootcamp made it write-protected not able to format it or edit it, Tried using disk Utility and many more...

Try erase the Kingston DataTraveler 3.0 Media as ExFAT. If that works then you should be able to erase as HFS+.

In Disk Utility, select the physical device "Kingston DataTr..." and erase that instead.
starting to sound like the drive went into a read-only failure mode
Why will it go? I haven’t damaged it or anything, just tried to copy files using boot camp, on windows it’s showing that disk is write protected, maybe there is a way to turn off Write protection
